This week mark a new chapter in my life. I started a new job today. I won't go into detail about how and why I lost my last job, which has caused me heartache for a couple of months. I was there for 5 years and it was really hard for me to accept that an unfair action was done to me.
In this tough economy, I consider myself lucky to be able to secure a new job fairly quickly. Today is my 3rd day on the job and so far so good. It is a small company and the people are nice and friendly.
So, I'm leaving the bad stuff behind and focusing on the future. A few months from now, I'm certain that when I look back, I wouldn't care about whatever happened.

Congrats HI. I was in the same position like you two years ago. Worked for my previous company for 6 years and BOOM, out of a sudden, they let me go. I found my current job 2 months later, and it has been two years now... Loving every single bit of my current job and am blessed I've found what I enjoy to do.
Congrats and Good Luck on your new job. I know the feeling. After 5 years of working in a company I once loved, I had to resign for many reasons. It was a little tough on me to let go of something that used to be such a big part of my life. So, I know the feeling!
I've always believed that when one door closes, a new door opens.....and it is always better. Everything happens for a very good reason. Enjoy!
