5th Harvest - Eggplant

It's the end of summer and this is the last showcase of the harvests of my garden. I'm so glad the eggplant plant that my father-in-law planted for me thrived so well and bore me a few fruits. There are still 3 small eggplants on the plant but they were blemished as the birds are eating them.

Next summer, I plan to plant the vegetable that hubby likes or will eat e.g. peas, eggplant, peppers, squash and hopefully bok choi.
