As Olivia's 2nd birthday is approaching soon, we have been looking at birthday party packages offered by the various establishment. When we went to Olivia's little friend 2nd b-day party at a gym where the little tots can run and tumble around, we thought it was a great idea.
So, there are 3 options and each location provide everything from invitations, pizza, paper goods, goody bags to the birthday cake, including experience coaches to host the event.
1. Orly's Treehouse (20-30 minutes drive from home). It's a very nice establishment. The cost for the party for up to 12 children is $449. EEKKK!! *Blood suckers*
2. Olympian Gymnasium (5 minutes from home). This is also the same place where Olivia's friend had her party. It's $350 for up to 15 children.
3. Gymboree (5 minutes from home). The deluxe package cost $424. Hubby went to look at the facility and he didn't quite like it.
Which one did we choose? Knowing that I'm a tight wad, I'm sure you know which place we went for....hehe.

Aww... Olivia will be 2 soon. Time does flies.... My son Joshua will be 1 on Monday and I feels like it was a couple of months ago I gave birth to him.
It was great there are places that handle every thing for the b'day event. I will be like you too pick the most reasonable especially with our economy, we need to pinch our penny. :)

i thk whichever package you and hubby chose, pretty olivia doesnt mind...

How about Chucky Cheese or Mc Donald?.I like CC better,coz they have games and ride for the kids.I think CC don't cost too much.
yes, agree with beachlover..McDonald's the cheapest & the best for 2 year old party. trust me the kids gonna live it!
yatie - ya lor...we went with the most reasonable (aka cheapest)priced one. :)
june - the good thing about the package is everything is provided. We just have to show up.
beachlover - CC is for older kids. The nearest CC is also 2--30 minutes away.
wuching - maybe next year, we will have it there. Believe it or not, Olivia has never had any McDonald's fast food. :)
